At Osia Osia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its unused, original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
